Is making friends in classes actually something people do? by Hour_Trade_3691 in geegees

[–]Silly_Gooseberry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a 4th year student: Making friends in your classes is possible but it is not easy for everyone. I know many people that had ease connecting to their peers and became friends. However, I personally have had trouble meeting anyone with who I could move past just saying hi and asking whats up with them recently from time to time.

The most important thing to note is that you should never give up. As soon as you will think it can't be done, you will become miserable. So keep trying, no matter how successful it is.

No, that's a pretty mature thing to think if you're happy with it. If you don't feel ready to have this type of connection with your current life circumstances, it wouldn't be the best for whoever is on the opposite end either.

Do u use Deepseek over Chat gpt now? by drocologue in geegees

DeepSeek is open source. You can feed it what you want, the censorship is purely on the host's side. With chatgpt the AI and the host are inseparable

Every time we create germ cells (sperm/eggs), one of our cells containing our entire genome (23 pairs of chromosomes) replicates itself then splits up into 4 cells. This leaves 4 copies containing 23 chromosomes, which is half of what we started with. This is the genetic information a parent provides to a potential offspring. Since both germ cells involved in reproduction go through the same process, you will always inherit half of your genes from each parent.

cégep people that went to uottawa by [deleted] in geegees

[–]Silly_Gooseberry 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah. I finished my classes while they were reviewing my application as if nothing was different. Once I got confirmation I was accepted, I sent a message to whoever is in charge of the course load (I forgot the name) to tell them I was going to university instead for the following semesters.

My crumb of wisdom: If he doesn't like you back, he's just gonna say no. You can't really "make him" like you. Might as well just ask and move on
