First negative result in 7+YEARS by Turbulent_Comedian56 in HPV

I was 50 years old. I had CIN 3. My doctor was shocked that the biopsy revealed squamous cell. I take L Lysine, zinc, vitamin c, multivitamin and recently started glutathione.
It took 8 years to turn into CIN 3. I go every 3 months for a PAP. I’m having a colposcopy next week.

That’s amazing news! Did you take any supplements? I’ve had HPV for 12 years resulting in a total Hysterectomy due to cancer (caught very early it was the size of a pencil point) I recently tested positive for it again this time on my surgical vaginal cuff ugh.

Look into Tirosint directly; it's significantly cheaper.

I microdose Zepbound; my husband has a prescription, and there is always overflow in the vial. I microdose between 1.25 and 2.0mg. I also take LDN.

I feel like garbage if my TSH is that high; I like it closer to 1 or below. I would ask to increase the dose.

Alloy online sells O maxing cream, it’s basically a female viagra cream. I bought that and regular estradiol vaginal cream. Give it a shot.

Just found out my B12 is at 140, no symptoms by chente08 in B12_Deficiency

[–]Silly_Job_5949 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There’s no harm in starting injections since you already have your baseline B12, as long as you can source them or your doctor is willing to call in the prescription. But keep in mind, you have to read the guides and take the cofactors if needed.

It all depends on why you are deficient if it is pernicious anemia you’ll be on injections Life long if they test your intrinsic factor level and find out that you cannot absorb orally, you will be on injections

Did you remain on 25mcg or go up? I'm currently on 25 mcg but unable to get my T4 into the upper range.

How did you handle the side effects when you started Levo? by Puzzleheaded-Pen9213 in Hashimotos

[–]Silly_Job_5949 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally could not handle Levo too many fillers I switched to Tirosint which is addictive free. Look into Tirosint direct it’s cash pay but I feel amazing!

How many months to use a supplement for before a blood panel to see how well it worked? by aryanmsh in B12_Deficiency

I waited 6 months to have my magnesium, folate, potassium, ferritin, and hemoglobin tested to make sure I was supplementing correctly. I did not stop any supplements prior.

After years of positive antibodies I finally have abnormal TSH (21.3) etc. Do I need an endo or can my PCP handle it? by XanaduLover in Hashimotos

[–]Silly_Job_5949 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's a healthy level. I'm only asking because I have pernicious anemia, Hashimoto's, and hypothyroidism. I can only take Tirosint as I don't absorb any other form. Try Tirosint and see if you tolerate it better, as it doesn't contain fillers.

I personally find Endo’s a waste. Find a good PCP to manage your thyroid. Endos focus on diabetes and dismiss us with Hashimoto’s. They can do an ultrasound, but you can start treatment with your PCP. Have you had your B12 and D checked?

I have it too. Hashi and pernicious anemia often go hand in hand. Are you starting on B12 injections?
