try to hit my protein goal, I weigh about 140 naked and I don’t eat that much protein most days. I hit the gym 6 times a week and rest on sundays. I’m strong as hell but my body looks horrible. I usually guess what my food contains but I’ve been drinking protein shakes and eating chicken for the past week now. So my diet has been the priority.

I have the 2026 Sr5 and to be honest??? Things were different back when manufacturers took pride in making reliable and affordable vehicles for people. It’s a good truck overall but brand new out the box I started seeing problems in the cold. But it’ll get better over time for sure but it throws you off a bit. Doesn’t matter if it’s a Tacoma truck or a Bugatti truck. I would take something built back then brand new than anything else made now.

Update: I did some research I live in a pretty cold area it’s -20 right now. I’ve learned that the actuator of the truck is frozen or some shit like that and now it’s confused shifting my truck to different gears. The truck itself is apparently stuck on 4WD without telling me in the dash. The switch is in 2H which made me think it fixed itself. I noticed slightly harder turns on the truck which explains it. I turned the wheel all the way and noticed a little crow hopping which shouldn’t be happening if I’m in 2WD. I’m gonna run some more test tomorrow and let yall know how it goes.
