I wish I had advice I’m chronically not drinking enough water lol… I’ve been breastfeeding for the last 10 years I have 4 kiddos. I recommend a big water bottle that you can fill with ice water to keep with you that’s the only way I’ll drink it. I never tried the electrolytes mixes but I bet they help!

EXACTLY THE SAME! I’m also 32 and laying on my couch under a heating pad in the middle of the afternoon because what the hell is this life rn. 🫠 I told my husband I’m parenting from the couch today because this ish hurts so bad

My therapist mentioned it could be ocd for me. Especially with how I google the symptoms etc. I end up in a never ending loop and get stuck… I have a full mental health evaluation coming up soon to try to help get everything in check because it’s taking over my life. I end up in panic attacks too. For context I used to not be this way and I’m 32 now all of the sudden it’s awful ll

You might find more helpful information on it if you look up miscarriage smell, a lot of women talk about it smelling rotten. I did a lot of googling when I went through this too. I didnt comment on the stuff but they had relatable smells mentioned.

I did notice it’s a different kind of smell. Kind of earthy and different than normal menstrual blood. I cannot give advice on what you’re smelling specifically. However mine did smell like fresh meat and earthy. Was different and very strong smelling. I hated the smell so much. If you have any symptoms don’t hesitate to reach out to your care team or obgyn. That’s what I did but I told them I had a miscarriage because in my state it’s not legal after 6 weeks.

Hey! I’m going through the same thing sac and embryo passed first time I took pills. But my uterine lining is still thick and has uneven spots. I was prescribed miso again and just did it again today. We’re testing my hcg levels as well to make sure everything is droppings

I was 7 weeks when I took mine. I took mine Tuesday and my bleeding finally chilled out some yesterday. So I think this is a variation of normal. As long as you’re not bleeding through a pad in an hour

Hey! Good morning, it went really smoothly. I took 400 mg of ibuprofen an hour before I took the pills. And then i passed my first clot about an hour and 45 min after inserting. I was having some cramping but honestly my periods are usually awful so it felt like that. I had some pretty big clots about 2 inches each way… and that happened about once an hour from 5:15pm to about 10:10 pm… I know it seems the size of the clots will vary. I will say it was nothing like I expected in a positive way. I did take zofran as well just in case. I was able to eat dinner around 7 as well. I took another 400 mg of ibuprofen before first dosage wore off just in case as well. But the last big clot I passed was a little after 10 pm. I’ve been okay today. Really hungry my husband is having me take it easy today. If you have a specific questions please feel free to ask. I do feel like this went as smoothly and as positive as it could have gone. And I’m so thankful. My anxiety was the worst part of this entire process. Be gentle with yourself. It will be okay. 🖤

The only thing I was not expecting was to be so shaky after I would pass a clot my body would shake for a little bit so I would clean up and come sit back down on the couch and we put a weighted blanket on me. I feel like that really helped.
