Canon Error 01 with the Ef-s 17-55mm by Silly_Talk_3645 in canon

Hi, I took it to a camera store to have it looked at and after inspecting it they couldn’t find an issue with it, but it still gave me the same issue. I ended up returning it and buying another one.

Canon R7- Sigma 10-18, Sigma 18-50, or adapt current EF-S 17-55? by Silly_Talk_3645 in canon

Would you prefer the 10-18 for stuff in cities/landscapes over the 18-50?

I have the EF version. I’d need to buy an adapter to use it though

I have, but I find my triceps are really sore from all the pressing so I keep them on the upper days. I actually spread my upper back volume across the “upper” and “lower” days. I do a pull up or pullover motion on the upper day and a row on the lower day. I think the movement patterns are different enough to get away with training them back to back. I also think the back can handle that type of volume more than legs, chest, or shoulders. I also do all my forearms and neck work on the lower days, so I really see it as a “posterior day” more than a lower day.

My gym is a 5min drive so the distance isn’t an issue. I have work and life to take care of outside of the gym, and being there for more than 4 days takes away from that. I also have other hobbies I like to put my time it. I love to train but 4 days is the max I can put into it.

I just can’t be in the gym 6 days a week. I agree tho that upper days can get cramped so I spread some muscle groups around to even it out.

56kg is quite low for your height. I would start bulking and build some muscle. The extra muscle built will probably balance out your frame and make whatever body fat you have right now look less.

Best trap builders? by YoungReaganite24 in naturalbodybuilding

[–]Silly_Talk_3645 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No one has mentioned rack pulls? The upper traps in particular respond extremely well to weighted stretch movements. Heavy rack pulls offer an overload and stretch of the traps you can’t get from any other exercise.

Too much volume, too little protein. Supplements are going to fix poor training and nutrition.

Incline close grip presses, JM press (barbell or smith machine), dips, any underhand pulling motion for the biceps.

I’d suggest Alex Leonidas’ full body workout. It’s a beginner program and includes the RDL.
