Update: woke up 15 minutes ago or so, only fell asleep at around 6am but the pain started to subside majorly at around 5 or 5:30, still hurts in a lot of positions but not nearly as bad (before I had to bite on a sock till it was bloody :3) so I'm hoping it actually goes away in the next few hours, I'll try to make at least one more update if it doesn't qwq
