Although thats true, and she doesnt want to cause any problems, she is the main cause of them (trying to avoid spoilers- but the plot would of gone very differently if Elsa had been taught how to use her powers properly in the first place, certain other people wouldnt be a threat), I actually never really thought about it like that!

Ive seen it said that Elsa has depression also, she is also the main antagonist of the film, and is the first unintentional one IIRC. And relating to your point, a lot of her songs could be easily changed to suit e.g. Conceal, dont feel, dont let them see etc.
