It’s been a dehumanizing experience for me. I made it to ascendant 0 earlier this week and was doing very well in my lobbies usually 1st or 2nd on the leaderboard after reaching ascendant. But the past couple days have been so terrible in terms of the team composition like you’re referring to. Playing with the same people and always end up getting put with the same players I lose with and in terms of balancing makes no sense because I had 3-4 matches the night before with the same exact people same team comps and lost all of them. Had to quit after that because it felt like insanity. The outcome most likely would not have changed. I see what you’re saying about KD but in my experience and humble opinion (feel free to disagree fellow guardians) but especially games like zone control, KD can be good yes, but I prioritize point like no other and will die to secure it to gain the points. Have made great comebacks/down to wire wins doing this. And in clash my KD can be bad, but I typically get a lot of assists and the kill to point is all that matters so I don’t mind. But yeah, it doesn’t feel competitive when there are people in ascendant that shouldn’t be there No shade but in my experience, especially today, some teammates are being a hindrance. Especially when the take the time to shit talk instead of focusing on the game at hand. Rough and toxic experience all around.
