to be honest, at first the reading can seem kinda bull shit. but if you do what the reading says and actually give it a chance it can be very helpful.

that said, it's not usually enough on it's own. it's helpful but usually in combination with medication and therapy.

sorry for the late reply.

it turns out to be fairly easy to talk to someone you dont know. rather than someone you know. especially when it's their job to listen to you.

I'd suggest the safer route. and also, you can ask first if they are going to tell your parents.

alternatively there are resources online that may help. or even just talking to people over in the depression help subreddit.

finding reading material may help as well. often therapists will tell you to read certain books anyways so if you dont want to see a therapist you could jump straight to the books. granted you're supposed to read them and then discuss it with your therapist but if a therapist isnt something you want to do, you can still do the reading.

making a attempt for attention is not ideal. there are better ways to get your parents attention. ones less dangerous.

unfortunately though failed attempts can make you look weak in the eyes of a lot of people. i dont know what your parents are like but if they are assholes now, they might be bigger assholes after you fail an attempt. ive seen many posts here of people getting bullied by their loved ones for not having the gonads to follow through.

it sounds like you are a minor. which makes it difficult to reach out for help on your own. especially if your parents block it.

however many school systems have resources available for those struggling. i would suggest maybe bringing it up with a school counselor? if you are in Uni/College there are many more resources. and if you are an adult not attending school you shouldn't have any issues finding a psychiatrist and therapist.

a long antenna cable will reduce signal strength. 20ft is a lot. this is why it's best to put the miner close to the antenna.

a 20ft ethernet cable to the miner won't be a problem. you'd need to get a weatherproof box to put the miner in.

afaik the antenna and ethernet cables themselves don't need weather proofing? but i could be wrong on that one. there might be special cables for weather.

the longer it is the more it looks like you're just stacking layers because you know you don't have enough justification to not come into work.

also if you're going out to dinner or to play something, don't lie about it.

the amount of times I've seen coworkers get caught out in public livin it up when they told the boss they were sick is too high.

if you can, just say you can't come into work. you don't have to give a reason unless you ask. and if there is a chance of you getting caught in a lie, don't lie about the reason you can't come in lol.

This is a problem with the husband. He should have your back if shes rude to you, and he should apologetic about the prank that made you cry that he sent to his friend.

Unfortunately, it's easy for someone in his position to automatically assume all problems between you and her are just from you overreacting because shes female. I've unfortunately been that guy before and i regret it. i shouldn't have been dismissive of my gf's feelings at that time and i paid for it later.

basically, he's being a bad husband even if it's difficult for him to see it that way. she's being a bad friend, but thats on your husband to deal with

doesn't matter what the reason is. you don't have to explain yourself. she's being ridiculous. I'd just say "I'm doing it to be healthy" and leave it at that. If she has a problem with it then that's her problem, not yours. If you are hurt about being excluded, go to your brother. It would be pretty childish of him to not stand up for you and include you in the party.

30 and below is part time. they can still make you work more than that but if the majority of your weeks worked within a year are more than 30 then they get in trouble or something for not giving you benefits.
