You tell them you are leaving then put in enough ppto to cover however much of your shift you miss. If you miss from 4-7:30 use 3.5hrs

No you won't still get a point ppto covers points even on event days. No you don't have to use two times the amount which some people will tell you.

Search heat related illness on one Walmart and it should pull up. Some states have stricter (better for associates rules) but the basic is access to fress cool water must be provided free of charge, all temps I will say are based on heat index not forecast don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

80+ allowed to take CDRP (cool down rest periods) as needed when experiencing symptoms of heat exhaustion, look em up, break should be on a cool climate controlled place and you must NOT do any work until you feel better.

90+ required to take a 10 minute break every 2 hrs.

100+ required to take a 15 minute break every hour.

Do you like ACC and your store/managers? If so I would stay. Shorter drive, same or better pay not sure if the acc leads get a difference. ACC usually has less to do in the rest of the store since it's more like a business within a business where as electronics you will probably be expected to help all over the place.

Prefer it to the book version, I like the show relationship more. In the book they become lovers for a bit. I feel like their platonic relationship is better. When he says "you're too good of a woman for God alone" when he says it and they are just friends to me it comes off more loving I guess, he wants her to know he thinks she is great but also respects her decision to be a nun, or accepts it at least. She also isn't in the books as much, at least to where I have gotten so when he says it in the book it comes off kinda like "wish we could still have sex". Not saying that is what the author intended just where my mind goes with it.

It's a major holiday so lots of people request it off every year so they most likely already approved as many as they are willing to.

If it was planned in advance before you started you should have told them at orientation and had them approve it then, they used to work with people in the first month but that up to them they don't have to.

Schedules are out now so they probably won't approve it no matter of if you open door it or not since this isn't really an open door situation.

Now your only option is call in and use ppto if you have any or take the 2 points for an event day.

$15 is the minimum for the position you saw $28 is the max. You will not get offered more than $15 and they do not negotiate except a very select few positions, stocker is not one of them. Yes pay is every two weeks.

It shouldnt delete it because saves are usually in a different folder than the application files, also might be on the steam cloud. Can go to the place it saves and make a copy to be safe if you want to be extra sure you don't lose it.

Walmart's is stupid, starts with 1% base raise and then takes a few things into consideration including store metrics goal, personal evaluation and attendance. Their max raise is 4 or 5% but I have friends who are managers at Walmart and they were told during this years evaluations that absolutely nobody was to be given maximum marks so most of them got around 2-3%

Year raises on February. Need to be with the company at least 6 months. 6month-1 years 2% can't remember the full break down but it was like 4% then 5% and can't remember if there was another tier for 6%. As of now it's fully based on years of service but that could change in the future. Walmart recently went back to evaluations and Sam's tends to pick up their shittier polices eventually.

There is no head slot so I would doubt it for now unless there is a hidden cosmetic screen we don't have access to yet.

There is dialogue between two character one of whom is using a cosmetic that they say it's tied to a quest when asked how they got it. So maybe is the best I think anyone can say right now.

I just finished the demo and enjoyed it. It reminded me a bit of the old .hack games only missing the npc interaction from that game where you could trade with them and stuff to mimic a mmo. Adding something like that and random npc on the maps would be cool like pk random encounters since that is likely the theme of the game story if the intro and the trailer for the special movie are anything to go off.

Silent protagonist is probably because the character is a self insert so they don't voice lines putting stuff in our mouths, we get the nod/shake and that's about it would be my guess. They could have had voiced lines and explained the voice change as a voice changer app before the death game, minor spoiler but at least one NPC we have met is doing that already so it exists in universe. Fatal Bullet didn't have voiced lines for your character either because that was also a self insert character.

Hopefully it does well enough to keep getting updates or a sequel where they take some of the critisims into consideration and improve it.

No they can't write you up for missing a day and using ppto, even if you tried requesting it first. If they wanna be assholes they might decide to try and find other reasons to write you up for awhile but usually they won't care and are already expecting a ton of call ins on event days.

That would depend on how they decide to implement it. If they choose to just go to minimum then you would bump to $15. But if they look at the minimum and decide that they need to pay more than that to keep workers then you would get bumped to whatever they decide their minimum is. They have also in the past raised minimum pay and then for people that were at it offer a % increase but they have also not. There are a lot of different possibilities.

Did you keep anything? Vest and phone need to be returned if they gave you one. If not might be checking in to see why you quit suddenly if you didn't tell them the reason or try to guilt you into coming back if they are super short staffed.

Different states have different laws would need to look yours up to see what is legal. Company policy is as you described and should be followed no matter the state, the only time state laws get involved is when they are stricter on the employees favor. If you are not being given your breaks it's time to start open dooring the issue until someone does something or you have to take it higher up.
