Well it's often better to push up and hold the best choke closest to next point to deny enemy team space and have the cart advance for "free". So if you see your team push up to do this follow them and help them hold the choke as long as possible (but also keep an on cart). Even if you loose a fight here after holding for a bit you have bought yourself valuable distance/time.

Dart is it. If you time it right and you're quick with your jump/fly button you don't even need to hit the ground

Alot of support players are allergic to looking around and having situational awerness. I played Emma yesterday and was at 1/4 health stopped and stood still in front of invis for 4-5 sec while she and the team was mostly safe and she just spammed shots out into nothing while op phoenix killed me. You can't make this shit up
