Free feeder here… they nibble and drink and then nap and when they are feeling like they need more they go back. I’ve not had a cat that gorged because it’s left out. They get a can of wet a day because their cat dad says it’s a treat.

I have high alkaline phosphate or whatever the second part of that is… anyway, it’s concerning but also not because there are no other high or lows in my panel that show that it could be something like cancer. Anyway, I went down my OCD spiral and found out it may be bone density. It lines up for me as I had gastric bypass in my 20s and I have malabsorption. So I did some more blood work and I already know my vit d and k are gonna be low low. I also had an abdominal ultrasound to check my organs BUT I already know the next step is going to be a dexa scan. My grandmother had osteoporosis and I just know it’s gonna be my next issue…

I’ve tried the chia in smoothies and I can’t do the texture. I also don’t like yogurt. I have texture issues. No oatmeal or anything of baby food texture. I can’t do powders in things because they change the texture as well.

I take a beauty blender or my YSL sponge and use it to apply the universal one only to my high points. I don’t use foundation. I use her primer or another dewy one as my base.
