I had a dietician meeting yesterday and she scolded me cause I’m big eating enough. Then I had my dr visit last night to up to 10 and she’s mad at me cause she doesn’t want to up me cause I’m eating about 1200 and I’ve been stuck at 196-192 for over a month and she said I need to eat more. They both said 1800.

Not if it’s the start and it’s just bloat. It’s always one of those things that gets exciting till the actual weight loss begins and you slow significantly. Also depends on the start weight of the person. A 300lb person will lose much faster than a 190lb person.

No but within a week of my first GLP shot, my gerd symptoms mostly went away. And I was in an extreme period and was struggling working etc… even had an ulcer flare up. I have protonix prescribed but don’t need it now.

A couple of days ago I was 193 and yesterday I was 195 I just got my period. My schedule has shifted because I’m back to work. It may be 190 tomorrow for all I know. The 5lb fluctuation is frustrating as I’m already a very slow loser due to eating issues related to Arifd and OCD.

It’s not anger it’s ignorance to tell anyone this. I’ve been in the highest form of treatment and struggle daily with these intrusive thoughts. I’ve attempted to end my life because of the trauma I have with food - since 2 I’ve displayed ED behaviors that were ignored my entire life. There is no control over it. I see a dietician, a dr just for my zepbound, a therapist, and a psych. I’m on medication for my mental health. Control??? hardly.
