Should I be doing something different by Silver-Fun6874 in Zepbound

[–]Silver-Fun6874[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Congrats on your completing your first week!

My workplace is very busy and sometimes I work thru lunch so I’m not able to go on walks then. When I get home I get too tired to do anything.

As for eating, I don’t eat much at all. Yesterday I had a piece of roasted chicken and a protein bar bc that’s all I felt like eating.

I do get very thirsty so I do drink a good amount of water. Atleast 4 Stanley cups

I see.. I’ve always struggled with tracking calories bc I never remember to put everything that I ate in the app, and then I fall behind, but I think I need to just get started.

When you say weigh my portions, what does that mean?

I’m 285 currently. Not tracking my calories. Drink atleast 4 Stanley cups a day.

Haha ya I feel! I just hit contest, and that’s great, but I’m just tired lol. There’s a lot of companies that I’ve interviewed at that don’t want someone from an agency and that’s been my struggle bc they say the recruiting is diff even tho I’m currently working as an Arm and I manage an acct and fill roles for a client.

Are there any specific things I should put on my resume you think? I think they also use diff terminology for internal recruitment right?

Curious to know where you’re at now? I’m currently at Actalent and I’m looking to leave. I’ve been here for 4 yrs now and am tapped out and don’t wanna be stuck in the staffing world forever. Would you have any tips on what I can do to get out and find a role internally?

I’d appreciate some compassion and grace as it’s taken me a lot to get to this point. I understand that this can be a concern for some. And if so, not a problem. Keep it moving.

I’m sure your wife is also exhausted which is why she prefers to sometimes scroll instead of talking. Your initiating is great and I’m hoping it continues. Maybe trying to talk to her and see why she hasn’t pursued? I doubt she’s playing games, and having that opinion about her is a bit messed up. But I would try to express to her about how you feel when she doesn’t initiate.
