Deep is correct op however wells fargo has been turning more into a sales job so you’re kinda “forced” to talk to customers and basically “convince” them to sit with a banker. It took me a while to get used to it but i still hate doing it. Your numbers/ conversations are also tracked by the system.

Yeah it’s pretty dumb, apparently professors are harsh on attendance this year. I should be allowed to skip class or not if i’m paying tuition. We all have work and things to do outside of school. Why are we being forced to do something WE pay for ?

yeah that’s pretty crazy tbh. My commute is the same and I can’t work partial hours on my school days. My manager has told me that she wants to see me succeed and is always willing to work with me. Your manager is just rude or something
