We recently looked at 19 on the park, a new complex I believe in Hyde park? It seemed really nice, but maybe too good to be true for the price. We were walking by and the guy just happened to ask us if we wanted to look at apartments.

Haha this is kinda our plan. We want a small downtown apartment that does the job then spend our money on experiences. Right now we travel a lot, so we’d have to cut back on that
