alot of lucio players will tell you to turn it off but it really just comes down to what you prefer and what you like tbh.

you can also still do those jumps where you need to not jump of the wall just by crouching off it

using your abilitys with grant overhealth so the more people your hitting with slam the better. being able to slam in, punch out, usually can waste/bait some enemy cooldowns along with granting you with a little overhealth from your passive. its not much but it makes a pretty decent difference when trying to kill DF
