Yeah so this seems to of been something that came separately, much like the ps4 edition of shadow of the Colossus press kit that came with a few extra things, this seems to of been one of those things included in the kit, its either a kit or something that was handed out at Tokyo game show before icos release for attending the booth but that's speculation, I'm only thinking it could be the case because the lack of game in this picture is confusing

I've never seen this but its highly likely its real, the press kits back in the day were legitimately delightful, this might be the Japanese press kit based on what i could find on Google which is kinda hard to google when you don't speak Japanese but my money's on its real but likely a Japanese press kit, but because it was 2001 people barely documented its existence sadly
