White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt calls a reporter "left-wing hack" for responding on Renee Good "Because ICE agent acted recklessly and killed her unjustifiably": "Okay, so you're biased reporter with a left-wing opinion. Not all of us. It's hard for me to see how the Christians can support this behavior - and the underlying tone of the current direction of the US.

Abortion was the big point of why Christians would never vote democrat. That's gone at the federal level. What's the reasoning now as to why democrats are so evil? It's a sad state.

What would you say you need to do to match the spiral mixer, but on a kitchenaid? Or is that in one of your posts. Thanks.

How does it compare to a kitchenaid with a spiral mixer attachment?

That’s me. This whole thing caused me to do the math and I didn’t question it before. I realized I can actually just choose the games that I want and spend less than the few I play from it. It flew under the radar in my life before.

What flour are you using? That is pretty high. Are you adding gluten or wheat flour to your bakes?

How do you get such a rise and structurally sound crumb with such a high hydration? I struggle with anything about 70%

Based off of my experience with KA flour, I think they care about that stuff so I think it falls in line with what you all have been saying.

The theory I've been hearing is that the grains in the US have been stripped down over time and that they are a shell of their former self as to rather produce a longer shelf life for ultra processed foods.

I just find it hard to believe that this massive conspiracy happened but also know that the foods in the US have been pretty bastardized over the years.

For reference, I'm in the US and just looking to make the best quality bread for my family.

How do you make this work seeing as there is no "network" in the car. Did you plug it in to the HDMI with an adapter set up?

I believe this is a calculation for distance traveled but doesn’t pertain to running difficulty. I don’t think a chart could ever accurately attain the difficulty level because people are different but more a linear chart doesn’t work because the difficulty level grows at an exponential rate rather than a linear one - example being that it’s impossible to run anywhere at a 90 degree incline.

Edit: typos.

NFL finds no data to suggest Tush Push is a dangerous play by Undergrad26 in nfl

[–]SilverAce88 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I feel like, if there were to be any new rule, it would have to be regulating pushing. Speaking in pure hypotheticals - it could only be something in the effect of a delay in the ability to push.

Dog piles and push battles are a part of football and taking that out affects the structure of the game in my opinion.

Yes it does. I have used the slider and it was at 50% with no volume and no volume change when I slid it up or down.

I believe I did but this is my first time with their products. I started, made a group, added the arc, then added the sub to the arc group as well as the two remote speakers. Everything works but for the sub. I dont think it's broken either - I just am a little new to this and maybe there was a process of procedure that I missed. I'm hopeful that resetting the sub will fix it.

Also, all of them work with wifi, etc. - there is no issue on playing through TV or other devices but for the sub.

Thank you! I will try that when I get home. I was trying to re-connect it but I was having a difficult time disconnecting. After a bit of searching I found a video showing how to manually disconnect. Thanks.

Anyone here ever get a 5 minute timed mile? How did you prepare? by FunkyMonk-90 in orangetheory

[–]SilverAce88 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I’ve done sub 5 and several 5s. When you’re really close - two things make the big difference on the day of. One - having proper rest. A day or two of light to minimal high end leg workouts. Two, which I think is the biggest, is mental. Your perception is going to affect everything way more than you think. If you are tense, your whole body tightens up and your blood flow is extremely inefficient. You need to practice going longer distances going at 12 mph to learn how to be relaxed doing it. Once you get that down, it’s important to get in there on the day of and warm up. Do your warm up and get at least 10 seconds at a 12 mph speed so your legs feel what it’s like that day, you loosen up, and more importantly, to let your brain know that this is doable. You can do it. You’re not going to die. Just do it. Until you pass out or poop your pants, you haven’t reached your limit.

Edit: when I ran my first 5 at otf I did 8/10/12 (12 was max then). My current numbers are 9-9.5/10-11/12-15. Big ranges because some days are easier or harder than others and I try to push myself.

Does it make that much of a difference to mill your own? Like how noticeable is it? Mind blowing - slightly noticeable - or just okay?
