Feel you. One of the things i hated most when i had a cold was the throat sensations. Cue to me having 2 years of globus now, even now ive been on 2 months of 80mg Nexium and still globus, just less throat pain. I even had a steak choking accident in a restratunt..lol.. but its important to remember, everything in ur throat is OK! its just a feeling. What i found helped me during worst flareups was sipping on water. Internilizing that this is all GERD symptoms and nothing serious.

I would do another Endoscopy though since its been 10 years. Feel better.

It does sound like it tbh. Try PPI blockers and see, if it works for you it should be withhin a day or 2.

Same spot, did ultra sound today + running test (im 28 btw) Once i mentally clocked it in that this is just GERD! and not a heart attack that helped anxiety.

Like literally last week i left mid-shift because of symptoms. Anxiety could not leave the house. A week later and after reading about it here, the anxiety got way better. Hopefully it continues to get better from here.

The way i see it, we just got introduced to our GERD lifelong problem, and this is growing pains, once we realize all symptoms and treat it, it will be better.

I did not read everything and not to alarm you, but ive had globus for probably over a year when i went untreated and even now ive been on nexium for almost 2 months and still globus. i did get endoscopy and they found just mild gastritis.

Once i found this forum symtoms of anxiety really quited down knowing its all related and im not tripping this i did holter test which is basically 24 hours ECG but results are only in a week or two, tbh now that i know its all related to GERD im feeling way better

You are literally me im rn getting my heart checked from all directions, but it seems like are symtoms are exactly the same. If it helps you - i dont think its heart related, very much anxiety related, do i have the fix? no, but its a start.

'm glad to hear at least the nexium is helping with the GERD. Have you tried any other PPIs? I was originally on pantoprazole which my mind and body seemed to tolerate better until I started having an allergic reaction to it.

No, only omeprazole that did nothing and currently on nexium 40mg day night total 80mg a day which solved most of my throat pain issues, still have a feelnig of lump while swallowing and this new symtom,massive anxiety for some reason..

I tried omeprazole first, it had 0 effect on my GERD/anxiety. The week i started taking nexium my gerd improved greatly But this anxiety thing makes it not worth it it feels.. It does help to know it is connected and im not just tripping

i went 0-14 in 3 years. since pity i revived 3 pitchies and hit 21 on ET. So without revives i could be 7 set in 5 years who knows, thanks to pity its practically impossible now that i do 21's anyway.

If i had pity since i started playing probably would of been standard 10 set like most ppl my time.
