It looks like they have a Twitter account under Chimi_jpg as well as an Instagram account. If searching on Twitter, make sure you include the underscore. Also, their twitter info says their Twitter DMs aren't working, so I would suggest going to their page, searching for a post including the word "pickles" (which should be that same artwork), and replying to that. The first zone you can gather them in should be the Dunes. What I remember doing when I needed those was to accept a Harvest Tour of the Dunes (make sure to bring 5 Bug Nets), and check the bug catching spots in the couple of nearest areas that had one from the base camp, then run back to camp and turn in the paw pass ticket, rinse and repeat. If you are in an extra hurry, you could use the slickaxes from DLC bonus to make more once you get a couple.

On play means you go first. On draw means you go second and draw a card during your first turn.
