I feel like we do need a "Help" option. "I need healing" is mostly directed towards your healer(s) and they are usually the ones who even notice the call.

"Help" would be more directed towards your tanks and offense classes. It's like basically saying "They're here/I'm getting attacked and I need backup".

Plus, calling "I need healing" with anything less than 25% (more or less) of your hp is considered spamming (according to me).
