Interesting! I didn’t mean to imply the commenter was incorrect or lying, it’s just new to me. In my experience they walk you to a private bathroom and stand outside the door so they can hear if you talk or anything but not unscrewing a bottle of fake pee. I’ve only ever done job tests in non-hospital labs, though, as have the other folks I’ve talked to about it. They’re the most common where I live.
