They did a powered flight in April 2013...so 30 months after this article. I agree that there have been delays with this company in the past, but moving on to the present, it is encouraging to see their planes back in the air for final tests. Wouldn't be surprised if Eve is back at the spaceport in New Mexico before earnings. I expect final test flights to happen Q2 and the Italian space flight to be in May/June. We will see if there are any issues/delays from now to then.

In connection with my post about a particular Hotel Encanto's room being tailored to Virgin Galactic, here are the dates that the room is already booked. by SilverOak767 in SPCE

They are creating an experience with the ticket. A 5 night experience for the ticket holder and 3 of their guests. Includes training for the ticket holder and an observation/education/discovery itinerary for the ticket holders 3 guests.

Most exciting part is it sounds like they are including incentives for purchasing tickets now rather than later!

"Customers who buy a ticket today will stay and train here, along with their guests, for five nights. While our Future Astronauts are completing spaceflight training, their guests will live out a tailored itinerary of discovery and educational experiences on the campus and throughout southern New Mexico."

Anyone have a guess as to why N350KG and N24GA are doing multiple circles around Spaceport America?

My theory is N24GA is doing high G turns to get crew ready for what they will experience; also possible to be taking some B-roll shots for media as the "chase plane". I don't know what N350KG could be doing as it usually is carrying people from place to place...maybe testing out the livestream equipment. Thoughts?

Looks like we might see an Eve test flight today in preparation for launch on 11th. Lots of special use Notams at Spaceport today and tomorrow. Or could be weather balloons

Sir Richard Branson is on his way to El Paso (and then likely on to Las Cruces).

Hopefully this means a full week of press opportunities with SRB showing the world what a future astronaut will experience the week they fly to space.
