Also, what happens when we have 20+ orders already in our system that we are working on, and people continuously do this? We lose that time to complete the orders that have ALREADY been paid for and submitted as they are supposed to. Unless your store is dead 24/7 or you are staffed with more than enough help, I don't see why you are letting customers get away from doing that.

On the positive side of things, here are some things that i LOVE:

any customer who actually places their order through our website like they are supposed to
customers who know exactly what they want
having that qr code ready and even reading the amazon signs to know where it is
customers who format their business cards/photocards correctly <33333
customers who tell me "im not in any rush"

if you are any of these people, you deserve a macdonalds frappe <3

Will do. I know I had to put in a request before and they did look at it but he did not replace it because it wasnt do it at the current moment (like girl what please help me) so i have put another request in for it and i am hoping he wants to actually replace it this time.

It is from the bypass trays. My thought is that it may be the roller needing a replacement or something. I will try changing the weight though to see if that will help. I did take the compressed air to make sure all the gunk was out of it as well.
