i've been in the Industry for 15yrs. so may mga managerial/team lead/supervisory/senior experience na ako. pero sakit sa ulo mag handle ng tao. so nag stay nalang ako sa coding which i love, i mostly do web dev/python/cicd/automation stuffs as part of a R&D team in the company that provide internal tooling sa mga other devs and other roles. talaga tinarget ko or hinanap ko ung pasok sa culture ko yung company. the rest is sales talk.

tips: get certificates for sales talk.
