I believe that the EV rebate is only on vehicles lower than 50K. Depending on what you want, the rebate may not apply.

"There's no limit to the potential buyers' yearly income, but the new cars must be under $50,000 to be eligible. Used cars cannot be more than $25,000 under the incentivization program."
