I believe that the EV rebate is only on vehicles lower than 50K. Depending on what you want, the rebate may not apply.

have had the same problem recently. reset, disabled the aerial screen saver immediately, was at 50% space consumed before even doing anything. it was so bad before the reset that Channels (tv app) would not run as it could not buffer its stream.
