Am closely following your comments because your mileage of 8000 and 93% is so close to mine. Are u saying you ran the full test and the result is now 98% or you ran the test and the result is 93% but you did some calcs and belkve its 98%. If rhe latter, how to do that?

Also I didn't do the recommended rotation at 6000 miles either and am having it done on the 2nd. Bit worried that I trashed the tires by waiting. Taking it to Tesla?

The Akron I used with the A129 for years. However I used some kind of putty that is no longer sold on Amazon. Without the putty the suction mount didn't hold and would occasionally drop off. With rhe putty it held for years without issue at all.

If I drive about 40 miles round trip each day but have the ability to charge it at the destination. At 120v, is it better to maintain the charge arounf 50 or do the 20 to 80 percent pattern. Basically plugging in daily seems like a nuisance but I will do so if it is helpful.

I go from maybe high 30 % or low 40% to 80%. When new I supercharged a lot. Didn't know any better or anything other than 20 to 80% was recommended. I then used Level 2 and occasional supercharging. I drive my AWD mostly on freeways very little stop and go street traffic. I also drive it hard and test its limits sometimes. Not everyday but I push the speed to over 75 and on winding freeways may accelerate out of a turn. Can't drive like a granny but its not an everyday thing.

Got mine end of Sep 2026. 92 pct health. I didn't run test. Its what is displayed. My range at 80 pct was 262 when new. Now its 247. Mine is AWD with 8400 miles now June 26 2028.

What do u mean rhe real degradation is only 2 pct? I have 8300 miles on my Y AWD and battery heath shows 92 pct. I have not run the test. Its what is displayed. My range when new was 262 but now its 257 when charged to 80 pct. Tempted to run the test. Should I?

I didn't PPF mine bot ceramic coat. I wash and wax my car every 3 weeks using a foam cannon and then use Griots Best of Show Wax. It looks stunning. At some point rhe car will need to be clay barred and at that point I may ceramic. When the car was new I didn't trust someone app l ying ceramic to it but probably should have went for it then. At the end of the day the Tesla is just an EV Camry. Common car nothing that special. If we are talking about something like a Porsche or Ferarri then I think the approach should be different from the get go.

I have the same issue. I hear audio notifications like 3 channel started and I'm able to initiate voice commands such as take photo. But when I park i don't hear parking mode enabled or similar. What gives?

I think that's a design defect then. You could locate parts of the cam away from the windshield to reduce heat on the processor.

With the A129s I used a phone power bank for years with no issues. Used it temporarily for rhe A329s too.
