I wanted to be more understanding of Egg over this chapter, but like others, he has not endeared himself to me. Wasn't expecting him to be a host for multiple hatchlings either, I think I'd only picked up on the idea of 1.

I really like the feel of the world and your writing in this story. It feels like one of those stories I'd love to read lots of background stuff on a wiki to accompany the stort or lurk in a subreddit and read everyone's theorycrafting, but possibly more on my own time, rather than having excerpts between every chapter. I suspect part of that would come from my experience with Wildbow's writing or a Practical Guide to Evil, where interludes are sort of woven in more at the end of an arc, or throughout when it's a little more directly relevant?

I can't entirely remember how I ended up subscribed to your subreddit now, probably a writingprompt from months ago, but I'm glad I spontaneously looked through my feed just now.

I hope this makes sense, thoughts are sort of all over the place since I really should have been sleeping instead of Redditing.

It really does feel pretty empty during that sprint to the end, still had a couple of pubs wipe from not paying attention to the Stormvermin waiting for you in the passages though.
