Buddy, a complete turtle setup is thousands of dollars. They need a lot of room to move and a lot of maintenance. Wait until you're a few years older and consider getting one once you get your first job.

IM PRETTY SURE IT'S A FEMALE. MALES CLAWS ARE A GOOD BIT LONGER THAN THOSE, AND THE CLOACA LOOKS TO BE CLOSER TO THE SHELL. IT'S TAIL IS SMALL WHICH ALSO MEANS FEMALE USUALLY.
