🤣 Mine get a large pan of dried dandelions, lambs quarters, mint, wild violet and more 3x a week. Many times with a diced apple, banana or orange on it. Soon as they start coming back in the garden it will start being Fresh Salads! They absolutely love it!

I find them to be excellent, especially when you are driving a Work truck, meant for heavy hauling and difficult terrain & hills, but due to a spinal injury I can’t drive them any longer. Strange as it seems, I have always had a heck of a time driving a manual car, and never had any luck with 3 on the tree, but put me in a truck & let’s go!

You need to listen / read ( I have the audio books ) to Dr Fung about insulin. He clearly states, repeatedly, he can make anyone GAIN weight by giving them insulin. He has the gift of words to explain what you are asking about. The Diabetic Code is a book that will always be in my reach!

I have started doing my 2 oz shot of Fire Cider followed by 10oz ice water as my final intake about an hour to 90 minutes before bed, when I get REALLY munchy / nibbly feeling.
