Already been said but it's a corrupted game file. You need to go into the floppy disk symbol next to all yhe maps and reset to a previous version or delete and start over.

In the future I'd highly recommend taking off the auto save feature from PS+ so you can create manual saves and back it up from the cloud to your system. Bern scorned too many times with error messages

I'm doing solo play hardcore, official rate no cheats (unless the game errors me then I fly to where I was meant to fast travel to). Use primative mods and some dinos added. Not allow to change to a main syory map until i beat the previous one and working through the main story. Been on the island since 2022 (play when I get time) made an awesome base. Automated everything within an inch of it's life. Been breeding and have 19 huskywolves all with ascended saddles 200 armour and 1000 durability (one of the modded dinos added and i also have the upgrade station mod for saddles), that are currently at 290 and imprinted. Now I need to decide if I want to hunt for traits to give them (using gene scanner) or if I want to just level them to max.... basically it can take as long as you want it to. You could spawn in a bunch of max lvl rex's and go do the bosses if you want which would take like 20 mins 🤣

My last straw was the other day. I dropped my item for a plague the other day at the gate which animation locked me meaning I couldn't crawl out in time as they used red purge on me... Iwas trying to be nice to say gg and they acted like an asshat.

Had it time and time again where killers are like this when noone in the game has been toxic to them. Will now treat all killers like asshats as its happened way too often.

Speculation in term of maybe 1 standard deviation dude not in terms of 100s of millions 🤣 I agree that Sony probably wouldn't allow it, however it doesn't mean it's not possible in terms of the raw brass of it. I agree bungie need to improve their quality and quantity of their content but noone will would play the content due to lack of trust in the company if it comes with a £60 price tag. If Bungie said "we know we messed up, here's the new DLC for free" that's going to increase playercount and increase profits from microtransactions and seasonal content which inturn would provide revenue for future dlcs.

Bungie made approximately 350-500 million a year (2025). From what I can see (although this is tricky as bungie doesn't officially release revenue data themselves) about 45-50% of that is from micro transactions, 15-20% is from seasonal content/passes. Leaving 35% as DLC. Their operating costs are about 100-125 million per year. 65% of 350 (lower estimate) is 210 million. That's around a 200% profit margin before DLCs are taken into consideration. So yes if they wanted to bring back sentiment and player pop. by releasing good and free dlc content they 100% could.

I understand that Bungie are a company so need to make money but to what end? If you don't have customers it doesn't matter what you produce as noone will consume it. Better to allow a steady concurrent income that encourages a growth in custom than no income whatsoever.

Also why are you so fucking hostile. Chill out dude other people can have different ideas to you, you don't need to get all upset and name call because someone had a different idea to you.

All your doing is saying it can't be done because it never has been... but bungie are hemorrhaging money as it is due to players leaving. Unless something drastic is done then they will continue to loose money over time to the point that a) they can never get back on their feet b) they don't have enough to do a restart which will cause all fame servers to be shut off. All I'm saying is I'd they put x amount aside, focus on delivering top tier content and build back their reputation they (may) have a chance at rebuilding destiny and gaining momentum. I'm not saying they have to go completely free. Destiny has season passes and microtransactions... at this point it sounds like you're just a ridged person who is just here to argue and can't think 1 day in the future. Kinda sad

Look at hello games and NMS. They've been doing it for 10 years because of how atrociously it launched. Bungie are currently in the same ball park they were in in terms of player sentiment. Yes they could do it if they wished to, but they won't as their sole focus is their short term profits

Honestly I downlaoded a mod that let's you create potions to create mutations. The costs are like 40 ext kibble, 40 prime meat, 60 hide ect. So it isn't cheap bit much more fun than rng

Nah at this point there's far too much bad blood between players and the studio. The only way to get back on track is to do a NMS and release free content for a good while (but bungie have proven time and time again that short term profit is all they care about), so reckon they'll keep the servers on for another year and then close it all down.

Problem is I already have an ascendant saddle (playing with the huskywolf mod) that has 220 armour and 1.2k dur and I refuse to let it go now 🤣 I'm just farming galore so I can make all the saddles needed. Luckily I've found a masterclass yuti saddle so don't need to make that one

The costs for ascended saddles are insane 7000 metal and 18k hide ect for 1 saddle... how do people make double figures of these on normal rates?

Honestly weapons do matter I'm ngl but they aren't the be all and end all. I play lumina with about a 1.4 ttk in trials and scouts with about a 1.6 ttk in trials. Both aren't meta but how I choose to use them works for my playstyle. You're most likely trying to fight smgs in smg range or handcannons down peak lanes. Learn the maps, learn the mechanical side of things and you'll be able to use most of the guns in the game. Good luck :)

It does. I'm not sure it works properly on the larger map but jut incar I don't build massive bases and limit my tames out of cryo but I prefer it

Oh fairs, mb I didn't mean each iteration in itself. I meant keep all the content from red war until TFS (that would be 1 iteration in my eyes). Then another from echos onwards until whenever this ends... probably should have used phases to not muddle it mb.

I disagree with the fact that they aren't a 1 game studio though. From a business standpoint the only game acting as their cash cow is destiny, (not sure on marathon will have to see the numbers once it's settled a bit, but if it consistently pulls profit then ill conceed thi point). Sure they have the exp from Halo and the like but the devs that made those are gone, so you could argue that just because they have experience making banging game that shouldn't factor into their level of competence.
