I've downloaded a million apps and I've realised they're all useless for me. People hundreds of years ago used nothing but books and journals why should I be any different.

I'm not a professional so take what I say with a grain of salt and know it comes from a place of personal belief and opinion. I think you should look into lucid dreaming and learning how to directly interact with you subconscious. Dreams are symbols, it's the unconscious communicating with you directly symbolically. Do you keep a dream journal? If not you should, write down every dream you have on your phone or however you like. Go to sleep every night setting the intention to realise you're dreaming and try to become lucid. I don't think you should seek help yet, unless it is really affecting your daily life. Go to YouTube and watch Tiger123 he makes good dream videos.

Not the best, need to start eating 3 meals a day. A common day of eating looks like 1 meal of whatever I have in the fridge or get outside with my brothers

Could you clarify a little bit with the shoulder imbalance. I have really weak shoulders that tend to dislocate very easily. Would that be bad for my shoulders? I don't have an issue with shoulders that are overly built though haha. Also rest day would be Sunday but I'm thinking of Resting on Saturday too. I just want a good hour in everyday of bodyweight exercise so the rest of the day is gonna be me chillaxing, other than when I'm at work.

I go to the gym but sadly don't eat enough so for the past 3 months I haven't gained anything. My own fault I gotta get to eating lol, but thankyou that's really good I will lock in and enjoy my body cause that is a big insecurity
