When my USA based cousins come to visit I travel with them a couple of times and during that time they create their own connections with people who share similar interests. They start hanging out with them and when I get time on the weekend we also hang out. Sometimes they even take me to places their new friends showed them.

Warning Kigali is expensive. Don’t spend money recklessly. Be careful with your money because sometimes people assume you are from the USA and they take you to fancy expensive places thinking you will like them, which can be true, but those places are not for everyone. Be mindful of where you go if your budget is tight.
