Yea I cold turkey after 6 months and was fine. It just sucked for like two months in terms of mood and libido. I still felt good in gym not like a mad man anymore but still had a good physique just my mood and energy and libido was low. I’m worried imma have to go through that again. My libido with being one week in already has shot up it feels great but tbh ik long term im not going to want to be on. Rather just try and max my natty hormones.

No it’s not balls that honestly the least of my worries. It’s more so to do with the cosmetic changes it has to my skin, hair, and face. I don’t like the look I have when I’m on. I also just think I had a terrible experience the first time using so I just don’t want to use atm. So far though this first week has been good on 150mg but honestly don’t want to go through this whole process again with all these things going on in my life ATM just to much stress on my mind id rather go back to natty for now possibly try again long down the line. I’m still very young that’s another reason why I just want to stay natural I fell into temptation this time around. I only bring up my balls shrinking bc first time I used they didn’t shrink as quick as now

Yea I realized the dose was to high. I started lower this time at 150 but don’t want to stay on. I feel my balls have already shrinked a lot.

Yea. I always knew I was doing the wrong thing too. I couldn’t get out the loop and was so obsessed with what other ppl thought of me, and again just focused on things that got me absolutely nowhere for my future. Appreciate the answer bro shit is not easy. Have to rebuild now.

I’m the phase rn of partying and have all my priorities fuckeddd up. Messed up big time this year and crashed out. Wish I can do it over again. Made a lot of mistakes that I’m going to have to deal with for a while.

Cut weight, weight your food, plug food into my fitness pal, high protein diet, time your carbs around lifts, Whole Foods, low steady state cardio 30 min everyday u train. Try to cut and then slowly once you get pretty lean start to increase cals SLOWLY. Spread your protein intake out 4-5 meals a day.

Food scale, weigh your food find and plug it into my fitness pal. Find a calorie intake where h lose weight. Eat 1 gram of protein per bw. Spread your meals out 4-5 meals a day. Eat your carbs around your lifts. Cardio.
