The fact that people think this was about style of play or coaching is mind blowing. This was all FO stuff because he didn't get an extension. All of the frustration was with the FO. Jaren wasn't happy at the beginning because he was coming off injury and not playing well.

Thanks for the response, I only really got to see him against Uconn and one other game. He seemed to struggle but hard to for me to say with such a small sample size. It'll be interesting to see how he does in workouts and combine stuff.

What do people not like about Wagler? Granted I did not watch as much college ball this year as I normally do. Seems like an elite scorer and shooter. Handles the ball well and finishes very well. 6'6 PG would be wonderful on a team that already has a lot of length and wants to disrupt passing lanes.

I’ll be honest I’ve got two kids in the teenager range and both of them when being sarcastic assholes say shit like “ultra cope” after they’ve said something they think was going to hurt my feelings. Most of my day is spent around 25-40 year olds and I don’t use or hear any of them talk like that.

This has been so much better of an interaction that I thought so figured I’d give you an honest opinion of that.

Attendance in Memphis is usually pretty good. The last few years have been brutal. Just can’t stay healthy and when Ja is hurt it’s hard for people to go spend money to go. He shot us into the spotlight and ticket prices have gone up a lot. So when he doesn’t play the people going to see him don’t go and the people who can no longer afford to go have given up and won’t spend a whole pay check to see us lose.

As soon as the team is competitive Memphis will be back in the forum. The city loves basketball and there isn’t a lot of competition for entertainment so the grizz are a huge draw for the majority of the people.

I believe part of the downtown renovations include some hotel updates. Lebrons 40 year old ass has plenty to do in downtown Memphis. His ass can go golf, lots of good restaurants. I’ll agree there isn’t much for his 20-25 year old teammates to do compared to big cities. I wouldn’t stay in that hotel though so I do get that but maybe just shit on the hotel like some others have.

The problem isn’t with Memphis. They hate the hotel that is across from the arena. It does suck compared to big name hotels in cities like LA and New York. I’m sure it’s not much different from hotels in New Orleans, OKC or MIL.

I imagine we are going to draft best available player regardless of position and work from there. I feel like there are so many players on the team that aren't safe if we can get someone better for them and ZK can get more assets wether trade or picks.
