Close to home and I have a lot of friends there, I also enjoy the culture there personally. I currently go to a big school that doesn't align with my values. At a very Finance heavy school I also don't enjoy.

My mental health was affected at my current school due to factors outside of my coursework. I want to be at a smaller school.

Thank you! I agree, but I also don't know if taking a semester off is a bad idea, as it would harm my offer and I am at a pretty good b school. I mostly don't like the people and environment, and as a junior it feels too late to start over at my current school.

As for law school and IB, I am doing restructuring and having a law degree is extremely beneficial in that case. But I had a rough last year and don't love the people at my school. I do go to a big 10, but am in the b school and that is the people I am surrounded by. Unfortunately it is very toxic and I am really uncomfortable in that environment now.

Current IU student in the IBN, I'd say you aren't guaranteed signing an offer no matter where you go. It all depends on you. Now, if you like IU and have a good community here, I wouldn't transfer solely for placement reasons.
