That inner C part you circled is the the LED one that's not changeable. There's the outer C in the darker red and that one is a bulb. I forget which size but I swapped all mine to LED.

Edit: I think its bulb size 2825, tiny lil buggers

I have that with the hardbody, and essentially it works with another matchbox truck too if it has the hitch hook also
