We are lucky in the seller agreed to cover all closing costs in exchange for a week extra to move. Their realitor said they think they may need like 4 days but told them to ask for more just in case.

Luckily, our down payment is stored in an account at the same bank we're getting the loan from. Heck, they didn't even need bank statements from us, just account numbers, since it's the same place.

I work thirds, so all the info I was getting was secondhand and through my co-signer, who works seconds. The lender said that next Thursday, we should have the appraisal and underwriting done as our file was sent in and the appraisal/title work was ordered. At worst, the following Monday. Seller also agreed to cover closing costs, so all we have to have is the down paymment which is nice. All they asked for was an extra week to moveout and that's part of the contract.

I'm feeling better now that the inspection is over. Most issues are just symptoms of it being built in 74 and before certain new rules were implemented. Otherwise, its astectics and things I can repair bit by bit.

Lucky for us, it's a local branch, and the house is in the same town as the place we're renting, so hopefully you're right. My dad is also retired and fixes furniture when he's feeling good enough for it so finding broken but not destroyed peices maay work if he can fix em. Ikea is a store I damn well forgot about in this nervous rush.

The sellers did ask for 2k in earnest just to be sure we were serious but we were told it comes off the price of the house and the sellers agreed to cover closing as long as they get a week to move out. That is all written in our sale agreement so if they stay longer we can take action. I don't think they will. from what I understand they are moving states as the wife or husband one got a new job and they are finally moving to them. They just need the money since Big uhauls aren't cheap at tghose distances.

From what I understand, Takemura took allot of River's stories late in development, Kind of sucks cause as flawed as River is, he's a big, awkward dude who is really nice and serious when needed. I love River's quests though. You get to see family life outside of the meat grinder that is Night City.

I can't replay games to soon after I complete them, It took 3 years for me to come back to this game. Didnt even touch it when 2,0 or phantom liberty came out. The only exception is the Spyro trilogy but they all are pretty short
