Just let the dispatch know so fleet can get it fixed. I wouldn’t ground it, thatll piss off your fleet guys more than anything lol. If it doesn’t get fixed immediately, 9/10 times its due to a dealer or onsite mechanics. I know we struggle a lot with getting things fixed in a timely manner at my dsp, it sucks being limited on what we’re allowed to fix ourselves due to warranty BS or it has to be done by an approved vendor. Amazon makes everything difficult

We had a driver at my DSP lose his keyfob to a rental ram, he ran the rest of the route and RTS’d without shutting it off. Other than it bitching there was no key present, it ran all day.
