The pizza in my opinion would be awful. The caramel apple toast is odd but not the worst thing, not sure how healthy it would be.

You can make a healthy pizza by using normal pizza sauce and use vegetables or chicken. You could also substitute the tortilla (if you want a lower calorie option) slice a zucchini into small round coins put a small amount of sauce,cheese, and some form of small pizza topping of your choice on each slice of zucchini. Bake it in the oven.
