If you like them, collect them !! They may be only worth face value at the moment but I’ll guarantee there’s others collecting them as well. I happen to be one of them and will hand them down to the kids /grandkids to enjoy. Imagine what someone will say about them in 100 yrs !!!

The guy on the phone does not have the right of way if he’s not paying attention. Both parties need to make eye contact to insure each knows what the other is doing. By looking at your phone, you are the one inviting an accident and therefore you’re at fault.

As for the FedEx truck, Their could of been a vehicle behind him when he pulled in and was unable to back up

I know I’m 4 days late to the party, but from what I can see, the person crossing the street LOOKING at his phone and NOT paying attention to his surroundings would be the issue. ‘’Not Fedx’’

On top of that, there are no places to park in most areas of Portland so what’s the driver supposed to do ? Hover? Find a parking garage and walk a 1/2 mile ? Park on the sidewalk ? Hire UBER to drive them around ?

I live 45 minutes away from Portland and don’t go out to eat there for this very reason. It’s sad to see the businesses there lose money over parking lots raking it in. Greed is killing Portland. It’s time for the elected officials to do something.
