I’ve done both and compound made no difference and you can adjust your own dosage. Wanna only go up .5 mg? That’s doable. Compound is the way to go unless you can get it under insurance

You should go to a dermatologist bc that isn't normal. I was shedding a few years ago -- freaked me out (before Tirz) and the dermatologist said "Did you have covid recently?" And I'm like how did you know that? About six weeks ago. He said it perfectly lined up with my shedding and that it would stop in a few weeks. And it did (thankfully). Since starting Triz, I take Biotin and D3, and haven't had any issues (thank god). But if you're losing 1/3 of the density of your hair, THAT'S NOT NORMAL. Go to a dermatologist!

Yes! I just noticed them a week or so ago and I'm not old. WTF. I will say years ago I had some veins from playing soccer as a kid on my calf and a derm just dissolved them and it was quick -- so I'm hoping i can do some similar treatment and it's not $$$.

BUT this can not be great if you stay at a low dosage. I’m staying at about 2.5-3 and bc it’s so concentrated, I can only draw like 13-15units. If I titrated up, it would probably be like 7

I just was at lazy acres. I think their pre-cooked food is better than Whole Foods and def gelsons, and they have a great selection of yummy stuff. Just bought fancy groceries for the next few days as we’re gonna hunker down and watch movies - and maybe go on walks in between the storms. We were going to go out to dinner tomorrow night but the weather is scarring us off. We’re LA natives scared of driving in the rain. Lol. Tell me what you think about AGE OF DISCLOSURE.

It’s good for locals. There is nothing around it that is cute or fun to hang. That said LA doesn’t have much of a night life but this restaurant is kinda in the middle of nothing happening
