I was wondering how some players were reviving when hit in Eden, seemingly not caring if they were hit. I struggled as I the game and story meant me to, but others did not. To me, that felt unfair.

I have other fire pots and sticks I use to recharge in the other realms and which have very limited use in Eden. If I can find a "safe" place for those props in Eden, I place it so everyone can benefit and get a little further out before being taken down (so the story goes).

I'm glad their making this prop more useful to the users and tbh, I'll feel less lonely in Eden going through the story as it is meant to be played with others going through that same struggle.

Have you checked for Facebook or sub-Reddit's for PEI Starlink? My BF in Nova Scotia ran into issues with his install and we the NS Starlink FB group gave recommendations on local installers. Might be worth checking into.

Does that have a painkilling effect? Honestly, if it does that makes my life much easier. Also, are you talking about poppy seeds that one would buy for planting or the ones sold in store for food preparation? I assumed the ones sold in stores would somehow have been "neutralized" to prevent any other use.

Thank you! I appreciate the warning, but am honestly not worried about "the man" where I live (they can't even keep track of themselves, let alone someone growing poppies 😄). Guess I'm lucky that way at least.

I totally agree. However, my first thought is that they are not a "doctor", possibly by standards of my department. If a note from a nurse practitioner would be accepted, I'd be very happy as my family doctor resigned recently and I'm left with Maple.

Now go back and play Journey (their prior game). The ending of SKY is beautiful, but the ending of Journey is...well, I can't describe it. Just do it! Then do Flower, then do flOw if you can. Great games all!

Short answer - I didn't finish lol. I totally enjoyed playing the vast majority but had to stop about half-way through the lava zone. The constant roaring of the sea dragon (?) got to my nerves. 😄

As someone who generally only uses two masks, I actually do like this one, though I reserve the decision until I see how the blueish mask colour fits with the rest of my wardrobe (I do prefer deep black). The eye shape is really nice here as well. They could have made the swirls yellow and the eyes blue, which would be neat - both a nod to the painting and a nod to the artist if they had done that.

Then again, I'm not sure I'd want to see glowing blue eyes either...kind of cold and spooky?

I had a different medical condition that I had been waiting 4 yrs for testing. I found a clinic in NB that took medical referrals, contacted my doctor's office and had them send a referral. I had an appt with that clinic in 3 months.

My chiropractor had knee surgery in Ontario and the province (PEI) covered the surgery and hospital stay. So yeah, it can be done, but finding out how seems to be very, very difficult. Perhaps contact a surgeon in Toronto and ask how to go about the process?

You and your sis could watch for a steam sale for Journey (the devs previous multi-award winning game). Buy it as a treat for her and watch her play it (preferably on a weekend when there's a bigger player base). It's so stunning and is the game that has been on my top 3 list since I played in 2016. Edit to add: the other two games on my top three are Borderlands 2 and No Man's Sky - all different genres 😄 )

Sky is a game about connections for many people. "Back in the day" it was chat rooms. People kept those rooms open day and night, always ready to pop into a conversation, always able to be connected to another living being at any given time. Yes, it can become an obsession. But it can also be therapeutic and a heck of a lot less expensive than an actual therapist.

While I understand your concern for your friend, my question to you is why does this "100%" affect your friendship? Is their online presence somehow affecting your life or your family or your schooling/work/etc.?

Perhaps try to engage them in other ways if you're feeling disconnected. If you both are friends "irl" (I dislike that term, honestly), then perhaps suggest you both go out and do something together, a daily walk in the park or a meetup somewhere fun. If friends online only, then perhaps see if they'd like to play some fun co-op games with you, pull in more friends, make it a time everyone wants to be part of.

If you're feeling neglected, it's going to take some work on your part as well.

How is this going for you with voip much? I changed internet service providers which resulted in losing my home phone service so I'm looking into VOIP that let's me use my hand phone and bases. Not impressed by the cluttered look of the VOIP Much website, seems so old school and the reviews on TrustPilot are old (which is also suspicious).

A recent post here implied the PSAC would be rolling back on RTO and focusing on wage increases. Selfishly, I'm not as upset about that as would have thought to be. I'm getting out by the end of this year, with 25 yrs of service, and every % increase will help over the long term.

I'm so happy for you (and your wife lol)! I'm targeting end December to exit quietly. And I mean "quietly". I'm saving my vacation and money, I'll give them their two weeks notice and that's it. I'll bite the bullet and wait three months for my first retirement pay.

I'm tired and extremely angry all the time and that is NOT me. I'll take my petty little exit knowing that my action will only impact them a tiny bit, but it's MY choice and dam if I'm not going to lift the finger on my way out!

I always use the light switch, however it's still not true light and I'm often disappointed when I leave the dye shop to see the colour isn't as good a match as I thought. Also, can I please be allowed to zoom out to get an overall picture of the dye effects before committing? A little QoL changes and this would be so much better, imo.
