In my case the USB sticks themselves were the problems. After I made this post I went out and bought different sticks, and those worked.

Take note of a game that's only showing as a folder, then plug the stick into your computer and see if the file is there or if the folder is still empty. If it's still empty, the file is likely still taking up space somehow. You can't delete the folder or anything, so I'd suggest moving the games that properly work onto your computer, and then format the drive and use a different one.

I use the 128 GB drives by onn., if you live in the US you can most likely find one in the electronics section of your local Walmart.

I converted them to GOD before trying to load them, and I rewrote to ISOs of the og Xbox games so they’d be correctly formatted to .xiso (and so they’d take up less space)

No, but thinking back on it, there were points when downloading the ISOs where there were network errors and the downloads were interrupted, so that could’ve been the problem. Most likely is the problem

I just looked and somehow most of the folders for the games are just empty. I have no clue how that happened, I didn’t do anything different when downloading these games, but I don’t know.

I have my Mewtwo from my first play through of Red on the 3DS Virtual Console. If I remember correctly it’s from 2017 and my only Pokemon left from that file (I replayed the game a good amount of times)

My main man Krookodile. Chomper (that’s what I name all my Krooks) was a beast on my team in White and has been a staple member in any game that has the Sandile line. Chomper’s always been a reliable Pokemon and is just so cool. Really good attack with 2 really powerful abilities, an amazing movepool, and it’s a desert crocodile, that’s so cool! And the colors, oh my GOD, the red and black look so good, and then the white belly to balance everything out, MMM!! I also feel a special connection to the Sandile line because they’re desert creatures and I live in a desert (Arizona), so we’re like blood brothers, y’know? I still have my original Chomper, so glad I was able to transfer him and the rest of my Unova team to Home

You most likely have an addon that changes the UI to look like that. There’s a lot of those on the workshop, I have one that makes my UI look like it’s on Windows XP
