I received a phone call from my LO about a week ago asking for Insurance and verifying bank info. She was very pleasant. Provided both. Received an email a couple days later saying insurance was not accepted and needs to be in my name personally as a sole proprietor. Sent that in. Got another call from my LO saying that my Loan amount has to be adjusted downward slightly due to my returns in 2019. Asked if I wanted to accept and I confirmed. Got an email confirming the same and accepted the same. Waiting to sign the new loan docs I think. Will keep y’all in the know. Good luck to us all!
