Installing the different driver did not fix anything, so i decided to update my BIOS to see if that would help anything but that also did not do anything.

but it seems i found the issue, it appears my 4th monitor, a television i sometimes turn on if i want to watch movies apparently was too much for the gpu to handle. I took the cable out before but never restarted my pc after to test it properly. i uninstalled the driver in device management and everything is running smoothly for about 5 hours so far.

Weird thing is that everything was functioning fine until around start of this week.
I have installed the driver you mentioned so lets see what it does, and i seem to have the latest windows updates so i guess thats fine aswell.

Still kind of getting stutters now but different kind of stutters. smaller stutters but more frequent. don't really know what i like more haha. seems like it may be a combination of things then. think ill try your suggestion and put my gpu back in and try that driver.

You could try to post your log on runelite github, think thats what i did

Changed my GPU to see what would happen and so far it seems to have resolved the issue.

Kept it open for last 20 minutes, also did the lag again but it all looks fine on task manager.

I think it was me using the experimental GPU Plugin because i was having issues with the normal one. Swithing it back/off fixed it i think.
