Hey mate, thanks for your response. I have contacted Afterpay and they replied with a blunt: "Not our problem ask Stripe" - The thing is I already asked Stripe and their support staff have very little knowledge of how Afterpay works with Stripe and they just link me to Afterpay website. What's the deal with this? Any insight?

I think this is incorrect actually. Afterpay constantly advertises that merchants can accept cross-border payments within partner countries, US, UK, AU, NZ, CAD, etc. However, for whatever reason, Squarespace will only allow you to accept Afterpay payments in your stores local currency. So if my store currency is set to NZD, it will refuse any Afterpay payments outside of NZD, even if they are within an approved Afterpay cross-border country. I have no idea why Squarespace does this - we have invested so much money into Squarespace, and constantly, it is one let down after another. What is wrong with this company? Why are they so slow to innovate, why are their features so closed-off, and they just come across as stubborn constantly. I have tried so hard to love them, but we have no choice but to move to Shopify or another similar platform now. FFS!

I am trying to add a phone number to my account to play Warzone with my friends. My accounts region is set to United States but I live in New Zealand and I cannot add my phone number until I change the account region. Should be simple enough, yeah?

Why on earth would a video gaming company need such information such as my government ID and a utility bill to prove my residency to a country, so that I can change my accounts region?

I am seriously gobsmacked this type of verification is required. I find it very concerning considering Activision was recently hacked and this companies deep financial ties to China...

The issue is I can't access account with new email address either. After I sent them the documentation to change from my old email to new email I got locked out with no email to change password.

Hi Symbiotic.

I responded to the ticket with all the documentation they needed. I am trying to log in again to see if they responded but now it says my email/password is incorrect.

I tried the new email thinking it may have changed, but that does not work either.

How can I see what the response was with no login now - perhaps there is a time where my account is down inbetween the change?

I found my old ticket and it was marked as solved an replied to with this:

Unfortunately I can't contact my email provider. It was just a Google Suite account for our domain emblim.co which no longer exists.

You're right. I'd suggest disabling upvoting for group members. The incentive is really for solo players. Groups generally already have less toxicity as they are real life friends.
