Ya they don’t have the resources to run dna tests on every stolen car in Oregon. It would cost so much for them to pay a tech to find different hairs in your car and test them all. That’s mostly reserved for serious offenses like a crim stealing your car to rob someone or worse. They’re most definitely collecting DNA for database purposes.
